Hello friends!

Let's catch up. This is a Netflix original documentary series that features different Asian cuisines. The focus of this documentary is to show how street food is perceived within each country & to showcase three famous dishes of the area, cooked by the top street chefs.

Each episode takes place in a different location, & food historians & authors narrate what street food means for their country & way of life. As they share this information, we meet 3 different street vendors, see them cook, & learn what it means for them & for their family.

It's incredibly honest in showing the struggles these entrepreneurs faced when starting out, & how it made them renowned. It's wholesome & adventurous, & perfect for foodies & travelers alike. This is my second time rewatching this series, & it's truly something I could continue to rewatch forever. And if you like this, Netflix also has Street Food Latin America.

If you have any good show recommendations for me, or just general comments or suggestions, please send them my way! I truly love & appreciate all feedback.

Slainté!

Kathleen 💛
