Let's Read: Teen Titans Raven

Hello friends!

Let's catch up. This comic series is based off of the Teen Titans' character Raven. Now I grew up with the Teen Titans tv show, & Raven was always my favorite. So when I saw these artists decided to make a comic book based off of her, I had to check it out.

This is an introduction to Raven, & features some well known characters as well as some new ones. It takes place in New Orleans (my favorite place in the US) & highlights accurate** New Orleans history, as we explore this world with Raven, while also trying to piece together her past.

The storyline is easy to follow, even if you're unfamiliar with Teen Titans. The drawings are absolutely gorgeous, & both flow so well together. Since making the Raven comics, Kami Garcia & Gabriel Picolo have also released the Beast Boy comic, & in 2021, Beast Boy Loves Raven will be released.

In the mean time, if you want to find more Teen Titans art, I highly recommend you follow Gabriel Picolo on social media. Not only does he frequently draw all 5 characters; he's even made Spotify playlists to go along with each of them.
